Vance & Hines 2-into-1 Hi-Output RR Exhaust for Harley Davidson Touring
Take your Harley Touring to the next level with the Vance & Hines 2-into-1 Hi-Output RR Exhaust. Inspired by the King of the Baggers race series, this exhaust system delivers race-proven performance and aggressive styling for your performance bagger build. Built from lightweight 304 stainless steel with hand TIG-welded headers, it enhances torque, lean angles, and overall power with innovative PCX™ technology.
Features:
- PCX™ (Power Chamber Exhaust) technology for a significant torque boost.
- Chambered high-flow catalyst for increased performance off the line.
- Hand TIG-welded construction using lightweight, high-grade 304 stainless steel.
- Stepped headers (1.75" to 1.875" to 2.0") for optimal exhaust flow and power delivery.
- Rotated oversized collector for improved ground clearance and steeper lean angles.
- 4" Hi-Output megaphone with race-inspired laser-cut riveted badge.
- Optional heat shield set available here.
- Compatible with standard (non-stretched) saddlebags.
- Available in brushed stainless steel finish or matte black ceramic-coated finish.
Note: Does not fit with stretched saddlebags.
Note for -21 and later models:
This exhaust does not have the rear O2-sensors present on Euro 5 Harley models. To prevent trouble codes, deactivate the second sensor using tuning software like Vance & Hines FP4 or Dynojet Power Vision. Use part C852-744444 to plug the sensor connection.
