We keep our prices sharp, so you can shop parts & gear with confidence knowing you’re getting a great deal every time.

Found the same in-stock item cheaper at an authorized EU dealer? For items €50+ we’ll match the final price before purchase, or give you a gift card for the difference within 30 days after your purchase.

How to request a price match

  • Email our support team at support@customhoj.com with:
    • An SKU or link to the product on our website
    • A link to the identical product on a competitor’s website
    • If it’s after purchase (within 30 days), include your order number

We’ll review your request. If approved, we’ll either help you place the order at the matched price, or for post-purchase requests, issue a gift card for the difference.

Low Price Guarantee conditions

  • The competitor must be an authorized retailer of the product and based within the EU
  • The product must be new, identical, and in stock (same model, year, size and color, where applicable)
  • We match publicly advertised prices only, not private listings or marketplaces like eBay or Facebook Marketplace
  • Shipping costs, handling fees, and VAT are included when comparing the final price
  • Items under €50 are not eligible for price matching
  • Price matched orders cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or codes
  • If you already placed an order and later found a lower eligible price, we will be happy to price match that price within 30 days of purchase and can offer the difference as a gift card
  • The price guarantee does not apply if another retailer lowers their price after you have placed an order with us. The guarantee is only valid against a competitor’s price at the time of your purchase.
  • If Customhoj lowers the price within 30 days of your purchase, our price guarantee still applies.
  • The price guarantee does not apply to clearance sales, out-of-stock items, or liquidation sales.
  • Customhoj reserves the right to decline any price match request that does not meet the conditions outlined above or in cases of suspected error, misuse, or fraudulent pricing
