Agreement & Company Details

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made by you as a consumer from Customhoj.com and associated domains. By placing an order, you confirm that you agree to these terms.

Orders & Delivery Confirmation

  • After placing an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation. This is not a binding agreement.
  • A purchase becomes legally binding only when the order has been packed and a delivery confirmation email has been sent.
  • Before delivery confirmation, an order may be cancelled by us due to:
    • Stock discrepancies
    • Incorrect customer information
    • Suspected fraud
  • In such cases, we will notify you without delay.

Pricing & Product Information

  • All prices include VAT and are shown in the local currency or EUR depending on region.
  • Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
  • In the unlikely event of incorrect pricing or product information, we will contact you before shipment.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing until a delivery confirmation has been issued.
  • Product images may vary slightly due to screen settings, production batches or model variations, and may not always perfectly reflect the final product.
  • If a pricing error was obvious or should have been reasonably detected, the order may be adjusted or cancelled even after delivery confirmation, and we will reach out to you.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped from Falkenberg, Sweden.
  • Free shipping options are available in all regions, subject to order value.
  • Tracking details are sent once the carrier has picked up the parcel.
  • Availability for each item is displayed on the product page.
  • Address changes after dispatch may not be possible and may incur carrier fees.

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

30-day return policy

  • Items must be unused, unmodified, and returned in original packaging.
  • Installed or attempted-installed items cannot be returned.
  • Custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable.
  • Return shipping cost is deducted from the refund.
  • Refunds are processed 5–10 days after warehouse inspection.

Exchanges

Submit a return and place a new order to guarantee fast delivery and secure stock.

Order changes & cancellations

If the order has already been packed, changes or cancellations are not possible. Contact us immediately and we will check the status.

Warranty & Damaged Items

Damage during delivery

  • Contact us immediately if the product arrives damaged.
  • Save the packaging and share photos of the damage.
  • Claims are handled through the shipping carrier, processing times may vary.

Warranty claims

  • All parts must be returned for warranty review.
  • Does not cover misuse, impact damage, or incorrect handling.
  • Reviewed within 10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
  • Rejected cases may incur diagnostic + return fees.

Right of Withdrawal (EU 14 days)

  • When exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, you have the right to open the packaging and examine the product to the extent necessary to assess its nature, characteristics and functioning. You have the right to cancel your purchase for a full refund if you register your return by contacting us within 14 days from the day you received the product and return it in its original condition.
    If you handle the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we are entitled to make a depreciation deduction. Such a deduction is made by comparing the value of the product upon return compared to the original value upon purchase. Therefore, in order to receive a full refund, we recommend that you return the product in its original condition.
  • If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us that you want to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days from the day you, or a person acting on your behalf, receives or collects your order.
  • Made-to-measure or customer designed goods can not be returned. 
  • After you have notified us that you want to return your purchase, you need to send or return the product within 14 days from the day you, or a person on your behalf, receives or collects your order. We recommend that you return the product in the same packaging in which you received it as you will be responsible for any damage or loss during the return shipment, if the damage or loss was caused by your negligence, for example when packaging the product.
    When sending your product in return, make sure the package contains a copy of your packing slip or your order number so that we can identify the package.
  • Once your return is received and inspected by Customhoj (usually within 5-10 days of receipt), your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that depending on payment method it can take a couple days for the refund to be shown in your account
  • Returns must include order identification and be sent to: Customhoj Sweden AB, Vagnsvägen 4, 311 32 Falkenberg, Sweden.

We recommend using our 30 day return policy for returns.

Changes to These Terms

  • The terms applicable are those you accepted at time of purchase.
  • Updated terms apply only to future orders.
  • These terms comply with Swedish law without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

  • We do not participate in arbitration boards unless required by law.
  • Disputes may be settled in court in the customer’s country of residence.
