General Shipping

Free shipping on all orders over €200.

We know you're eager to receive your gear, and we move fast to make that happen. Most products ship quickly and are delivered within just a few days after dispatch.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Falkenberg, Sweden.

Each product variant shows an availability status on the product page. This tells you how soon the item is expected to leave our warehouse.
After dispatch, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days within the EU, depending on location.

Once your package is collected by the carrier, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details.


Shipping Changes

Need to update your shipping address after placing an order? Let us know as soon as possible!

Address changes cannot always be guaranteed once the order has been dispatched. If the carrier accepts the change, they may charge an additional fee, which will be passed on if applicable.


Package Refusals

We don’t recommend refusing deliveries. Refused packages almost always result in higher fees than a standard return.

If a package is refused, Customhoj may deduct any fees charged by the carrier (return shipping, handling, administrative fees, etc.) from your refund once the package is received back at our warehouse.

If you’d like to return your order, the best and most cost-effective option is to accept the package and then follow our standard return process here.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately. We’re here to help!

To speed up the process, we ask that you:

  • Keep the original packaging
  • Take photos of the damages (product + outer box)
  • Send the images to us when contacting support

All damage claims are handled by us through the shipping carrier. These cases can sometimes take a little extra time to resolve, and we appreciate your patience along the way.
