S&S 883cc to 1200cc Big Bore Piston & Cylinder Kit for Harley Davidson Sportster
Boost any 883cc Harley-Davidson Sportster to 1200cc in an afternoon. No machine shop? No problem, no machining is needed. Don’t want to rebalance your stock 883cc flywheels? You don’t need to since these pistons weigh the same as stock 883cc pistons. Cylinder head modification is also not needed. The dished piston dome keeps compression down to a enjoyable 9.4:1 with stock 883cc heads.
Installing this kit takes the same time as replacing a stock top end. It’s just a lot more fun when you’re done.
Kit includes cylinders, pistons, rings and gaskets (head, base and exhaust)
S&S reports up to 68.6HP, with S&S intake & exhaust.
