S&S Cast Generator Cam Cover Kit for Harley Davidson
Cast 356-T6 extra strong aluminum cam covers in the same burnished finish as S&S crankcases. CNC precision machined to offer close tolerances. Improves crankcase ventilation and oil-air mist separation via a larger, redesigned baffle chamber. Bushings are installed and reamed to factory specifications.
Note: Will not fit Side Valve models.

- 11/16" ID pinion bushing
- 8 ribs, with tapped hole for top end oiling
- 1/4" generator mount holes. Drill mount holes to 5/16" for 58-up generators
- Replaces OEM: 25216-48
Specifications 40-47 OHV Big Twin with S&S crankcase
- 9/16" ID pinion bushing
- 8 ribs without stock outside oiler passage
- 5/16" generator mount holes
- Use tapped hole on top of the cover to supply oil to the top end, similar to 36-48 OHV Big Twin
Specifications L48-53 OHV Big Twin with OEM crankcase
- 11/16" ID pinion bushing
- 8 ribs, without tapped hole top for end oiling
- 1/4" generator mount holes. Mounting holes must be drilled to 5/16" for use with 1958-up generators
