S&S SH93 Alternator/Generator Complete Assembled Early Shovelhead Engine
Engine come with forged 3-5/8 big bore pistons and complete with a Super E carburetor kit and an S&S Super Stock ignition system.
This Alternator/Generator engine, is basically an Early Shovel engine on the right side, with all generator and timer drive gears. Engines come with a special reverse ignition timer drive gear so they can be used with late 70-99 style ignition systems since these drive in the opposite direction. With its late Shovel left side crankcase the more modern and dependable 70-84 style alternator charging system can be used. If a generator is not used it is an excellent place to install a spin-on oil filter.
