Model specific adapters are required for mounting Kuryakyn footpegs, mini boards and passenger boards that are sold without adapters. If you require splined or tapered adapters depends on the footpeg / floorboard.
Splined adapters allow riders to rotate to the preferred foot angle through the extended splines that mate with the grooves on the pegs or boards. Unwanted rotation is prevented.
