Khrome Werks Two Step Crossover Dominator Exhaust System for Harley Davidson
Revamp your Harley Davidson’s performance and looks with the Khrome Werks Two Step Crossover Exhaust System. Designed to improve horsepower and low-end torque, this system features premium construction and customizable options to suit your ride’s needs.
Features:
- Enlarged interconnected headers for enhanced horsepower and torque.
- 16-gauge stepped primary headers (1.75” to 1.875”) for optimal flow.
- Model-specific designs:
- 2017-up models: Full 2” left side crossover and 4.5” HP-Plus muffler bodies with 2” inlets.
- 2009-2016 models: 1.875” left side crossover with 4” HP-Plus muffler bodies with 2” inlets.
- Heat-resistant 2.5”, 220° 16-gauge heat shields.
- Removable baffles wrapped in stainless steel wool and high-temp fiberglass for a deep bass heavy exhaust tone.
- 18 mm and 12 mm O2 bungs.
- With heavy-duty AccuSeal® reaction-block header clamps for a secure fit.
- End caps rotate 360° at 90° increments for a custom look.
- Several different baffle styles available separately.

Available in three finishes: black, chrome, and eclipse which is a dark chrome finish.
Note for -21 and later models:
This exhaust does not have the rear O2-sensors present on Euro 5 Harley models. To prevent trouble codes, deactivate the second sensor using tuning software like Vance & Hines FP4 or Dynojet Power Vision. Use part C852-744444 to plug the sensor connection.
