James Top End Gasket Kit for Harley Davidson Shovelhead 1966-1984
This kit comes in different gasket variations.
PTFE kit:
0.045” PTFE coated head gaskets, 0.030” cylinder base gaskets, RCM (Rubber Coated Metal) rocker cover gaskets, and includes all o-rings, gaskets and seals to complete a Shovelhead top end rebuild.
Fire ring kit:
0.045” head gaskets with Firering®, Foamet® (An aluminum base with a nitrile synthetic rubber foam layer on both sides with an additional single layer of silicone bead on one side) base gaskets, RCM (Rubber Coated Metal) rocker cover gaskets, and includes all o-rings, gaskets and seals to complete a Shovelhead top end rebuild.
MLS kit:
Incl. 0.054” MLS (Multi Layer Steel) head gaskets, RCM (Rubber Coated Metal) base gaskets, and RCM rocker cover gaskets. Includes all o-rings, gaskets and seals to complete a Shovelhead top end rebuild.
PTFE 3-5/8" Big Bore kit:
3-5/8" big bore. Includes 0.045” PTFE coated head gaskets, RCM (Rubber Coated Metal) cylinder base gaskets, RCM rocker cover gaskets, and includes all o-rings, gaskets and seals to complete a 3-5/8” Shovelhead top end rebuild.
