The exploded view may look different than pictured above depending on model year.
00-22 XL Sportster models are equipped with press-fit type crankpins and one-piece flywheel-shaft design of which the crankpins are no longer rebuildable in a standard way. These flywheel assemblies are different than the ones pictured above, which show the early 57-99 multiple parts style flywheels. Still, a few replacement parts have remained unchanged for the 00-22 models.
