ABS. With 3-slotted holes. Includes metal wire mesh that is to be glued in place. Shorter, narrower with a promise of speed, even when parked. Unpainted ABS 5-axis CNC machined precision for a no hassle, direct replacement fit. ABE approved. Painted fender requires no paint. Just remove the protective film prior to installation. Painted finish is compatible with the OEM H-D black gloss finish.
